No, not that F word!  Today I’m talking about another more common F word.  FEAR!

When does fear come up the most for you?  Do you notice it when you start something new or do something uncomfortable for the first time? Does your fear tell you things like; “no one will like this, this isn’t going to work, this won’t be successful”?

Yep, I feel it too.

You’re not alone! Everyone feels fear. No matter where someone is in their life or who they are, they have felt fear.

Fear is scary. Fear is the unknown. Fear is what’s holding you back.

In today’s episode, we tackle:
