A bit of a late night thrash at an oldtime classic. It sounds like a 33 played on 45... :-)

A solo banjo instrumental I wrote. Alternative genre and peacful. (Video in works - drone footage)

I used my 2021 RK 76 Elite banjo, and for the 25 second long introduction I used a Roland TB-3 effects box.

This is the first time I have recorded anything in years.

I composed this Celtic-sounding fiddle tune while camping deep in the forests of the Adirondack Mountains back in 1991. I wrote the melody out on a cardboard box so that when I got through camping I would remember the tune and be able to play it on my fiddle which was not with me on the camping trip. "Braw Birks" is Gaelic ( I think so) for "Beautiful Birches".
