I always thought this song would sound good as bluegrass. I did all the parts so I'll take the blame if it doesn't. I used an Ashbory bass, Kentucky mandolin and my 93 Scruggs with one of xnavyguy's Hybridge Spillway dam bridges.

This has been done a lot better by JD & his band, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. The banjo is my old Fender Artist with an xnavyguy Spillway Dam bridge. I did all the vocals and instruments, so there's no one else to share the blame.

This is a fine Reno and Smiley song, from a practice tape of my band Silver Spring, recorded in Vancouver, B.C., in the mid-1970s. Played on a 1929 Gibson model 6 flathead. A tab of the break is posted in the Tablature Archive on BHO.
