Recent reporting revealed that Steve Bannon advised then President Donald Trump to "kill the Biden presidency in the crib." This is the language of seditions, rebellion and insurrection. Bannon then made his circumstances even worse by first admitting on his podcast that he made the statement and then trying to justify it by invoking a poll that showed 42% of the American people question the legitimacy of Joe Biden's election win.
