(She/her) I was born and raised in Ewa Beach, Oahu and I grew up as the only girl of three brothers. I moved to Portland, Oregon for college after graduating high school, and I still live in Portland today until I can afford to move back home - hopefully within the next decade.
I am a graduate of 2020 from the University of Portland where I studied Mathematics, Theology, and Economics. Since then I’ve been working as a data analyst for a small health care information technology company.
My passions include personal finance and iced coffee, both passions I share on my IG @morningcoffeemoney. Above all, I love indulging in amazing food, great conversations and lots of laughs with the people I hold dear to my heart.

She was born in the Philippines, but moved to Hawaii when I was 1 years old. I am the oldest sibling out of 5 with 3 younger brothers, and the youngest one is my sister. I also live with my grandparents, and great grandparents so our house is very lively throughout the day. I grew up with the Filipino culture, but the only thing I don’t know is how to speak the language. My mom speaks Tagalog and my dad speaks Ilocano.

  • 3.0 — Kenny Q.
A second generation Filipino American, Born and raised in Hawaii, Kenny is someone who aspires to become an educator and to teach the next generation what it means to show who you are as a Filipino and to embrace his own cultural identity for those who have yet to come. In this interview, Chachie was able to get to know Kenny and understand his cultural values, family upbringing and his thoughts about our community.  If I can share what he told me during the interview it is, "Learn where you from and your negative stereotypes, Understanding where people’s perspective and dont be afraid to be Creative our own narratives."

  • 4.4 Dr. Addison Bulosan

"Aloha, I'm Dr. Addison Charles Suero Bulosan. Born on Kaua’i in 1986. My parents are Charlmaine and Adams Bulosan. I’ve got two older brothers, Adams Jr. and Adrian, and a younger sister Clarissa. My grandparents are Catalino Sr. and Castora Suero.  In that process I became inspired and wanted to help others get their life back just like me. I started my process of getting my Doctors of Chiropractic in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2009 and upon completing my degree I practiced in Daly City until March 2014. Throughout my schooling I had a deep inner calling of wanting to move back home to Kauai but just didn’t want to unless I had something to give back to the community. That calling was answered by my ability to provide Specific Chiropractic Care and in September 2014, I opened my first practice, The Specific Chiropractic Centers - Kauai.

Upon arriving home every instinctual part of me for community service turned on. In a very short 6 years I have served on many causes to help our community thrive and I’m constantly being inspired to be more.

My journey of music, healthcare, and community service has led me to enjoy a life that I love in a place that I’ll always call home, Kaua’i. I live in Lihu’e with my family and my focus is helping people. I hope this helps you to get to know me. Looking forward to getting to know you.

Born and raised on Oahu, I’ve lived on the island my whole life up until I graduated high school. That is when I moved to and jumped back and forth between California and Oregon for school. Within the span of those five years, I eventually found my way to Nashville, TN where I am now a junior in college majoring in Psychology and minoring in Biology.
