Since 2014 Banoffee pies have been delivering tasteful records which have remained consistent and enigmatic. Ruf Dug, Mr Mendel, MMT, Wendel Sield, Fyi Chris, Florist and many more have all featured. Upon a dig through their back catalogue it is notable that they have become tastemakers, often ahead of trends and ready to inspire. We caught up with them as they are about to release two compilations .
