On today's episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing the international man of mystery, Mr. Dan Howard. Dan, originally from San Francisco, California, spent much of his childhood traveling the world, either through foreign exchange programs or with the San Francisco Opera. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his MBA from Harvard, Dan would embark on his successful career in the tourism industry. He is currently the Vice President of Communications for Park City.

On today's episode, I was given the opportunity to interview the one and only Coach Tim McDermott. Coach McDermott is originally from Cortland, N.Y where his love for lacrosse first started. His college lacrosse career began at SUNY Geneseo and ended at Loyola Maryland. Over the years coach McDermott has coached at several colleges including Virginia, Loyola, and Cortland State. Currently Coach McDermott is an Assistant Coach for The University of Utah Men's Lacrosse Team. During our conversation, Coach McDermott and I were able to discuss leadership, energy, positivity, and all things that are controllables in life that can improve the well being of life.

On today's episode, I was able to interview one of the nicest guys I know: Samu Elisaia. Samu spent a majority of his childhood in the Salt Lake area, where he grew up playing football. Samu eventually was able to live out his dream of playing Division One football at the University of Utah. Currently, Samu runs the Fellowship of Christian Athletes program at the university and is also a photographer for the Utes football program. On today's episode, I was given the opportunity to interview Harrison Nye. Harrison hails from Portland, Oregon but eventually made his way to the Salt Lake Valley where he pursued collegiate lacrosse at Westminster University and the University of Utah. Recently Harrison played for team Latvia in the 2023 Lacrosse world games. When not playing lacrosse or working, Harrison likes to spend his time outdoors with his family and friends.

On today's episode, I had the privilege of speaking with the creative and comedic Shaun Kinley. Coach Kinley hails from Strongsville, Ohio, and is a proud alumnus of Holy Name High School. He pursued his academic and athletic endeavors at The Ohio State University, majoring in marketing and wrestling for the Buckeyes. Currently, Coach Kinley is an art teacher and wrestling coach at St. Edwards High School in Lakewood, Ohio. Throughout our conversation, we were able to discuss his art, teaching, and athletic career.
