The question came in from someone who said that they have recently discovered they are pregnant, what is the best way to maintain the lchf while pregnant? Aside from the nausea, she is having severe carb cravings which she is presuming is being brought on by the exhaustion. Without the aid of crackers or bread and toast, she is really struggling to find food to eat. She finds herself cheating often and often struggling to stay on track.
