What's good love doves! This is the audio from my latest Friday AM stream I do for my Rokfin show, Barbarian Yak Fest. Check it out if you haven't done so already. 96% of my content is free.

In the stream I gave the latest updates from the unspeakably nefarious chicanery proceeding on Maui, including what I have heard from my good brother up mauka on island in Kula, one of the affected (see: attacked) zones. Big shout out to Maui resident Shelby Thomson as well, whose insights from her most recent Ryan Cristian interview I also feature. More updates will be forthcoming, I'm not gonna stop tracking this situation and reporting on it. It's crucial for all of us that we stand with Maui and the Hawaiian people right now.

In the 2nd half of the ep I get a visit from my good brother and founder of Awareness Oasis Psychiatry, Dr. Emerald Huggins. Dr. Huggins is a certified Nurse Practitioner and a wealth of helpful knowledge, as well as being an amazing human being. We are embarking on an audio journey series of episodes where we universalize and demystify psychiatry, depth psychology and psychoanalysis.

What is up to my lovable llamas and aspirational alpacas! Welcome back to the BNP and thank you for tuning in.

This episode features a zany audio tidbit that I had a lot of fun making, and hopefully is fun for you to listen to. I needed to get those monkeys off my back like we need to free all the sweet macaque monkeys from the laboratories. Sometimes when I am falling asleep I see the faces of macaque monkeys, they are very sensitive and intelligent, more intelligent than we self-centered hoomans realize. But I digress.

Also featured is a recent Barbarian Yak Fest where I share the latest videos I received from Maui. Eyewitness accounts of individuals who experienced first hand the blocked exits out of Lahaina while at the same time funneling traffic onto Front St. as the fire bore down, as well as the water being shut off as they desperately attempted to quench the flames. I will continue to shine light on what happened on Maui, don't believe the news. And for the record: any conversation about "climate change" that doesn't acknowledge and account for geoengineering is missing the point. That's my opinion.

We finish off this tidy ep with an Outro reading where I share some spells from Ileana Abrev for combatting depression.

What's up love doves! Welcome back to the BNP and thank you for supporting, showing up and sharing some headspace with me.

This ep features a recent Barbarian Yak Fest stream (I do Yakstreams on Rokfin most Friday AM's from 9-10AM AZ time) about the developing situation on Maui.  I have a good brother up mauka on the island in one of the impact zones and I have been tracking the event closely. There are way too many bizarre oddities surrounding these fires that make zero sense. The alarm system having been deactivated coupled with the fire hydrants being emptied and water having been shut down to Lahaina points to arson. Police had blocked all the exits out of Lahaina and were funneling people onto Front St. as the fires approached. This looks like a land grab for sure, but also something much darker.

Slight format shift alert moving forward beloveds: I am going to be releasing more content from my Rokfin video show, Barbarian Yak Fest, on the RSS feed, because I'm creating a lot of content and want to get it out there. This ep does feature a zany audio tidbit, because I care, but not all the Yak Fest shares will.  Don't fret: I will still be releasing the OG classic BNP eps every 2-3 weeks.

"I didn't get it at first, and was skeptical definitely. I could have lived without it for sure, but then they tied my hands."   - Ryan the Medic

Welcome to the BNP and thanks so much for joining. This episode I'm pleased and humbled to feature Ryan the Medic. Ryan served as a combat medic in the Army, and is now an inactive reservist. During his time serving as a medic, Ryan was forced to work 14 hour days (w/ one 30 min break) vaccinating people for Covid, one after another, including fellow soldiers. Many of these individuals did not want to be, or at least would have preferred not to be vaccinated. He talks about the mental and physical strain of discharging such a mission.

We also talk about the recruiting crisis in the Army, and some of the factors that Ryan perceives to be responsible for it, including military leadership being more concerned with politics, political correctness and culture war issues rather than focusing solely on the well being, training and lethality of the troops.

Ryan talks about the history of the Army pulling off some stunning military feats and how the current iteration of its leadership, as well as the greater societal zeitgeist, has seemingly become unmoored from this legacy. And in general we talk about the schism between the people actually serving in the Army vs. the officers and leadership corps that betray their own service people in order to further their careers. We also discuss the importance of closing the gap of understanding and empathy between U.S. civilians and the military personnel.

This is a highly significant conversation, imperative to meeting this current moment we find ourselves in. We are in a battle to preserve what is left of our Republic. If we want to prevail against the shadowy forces arrayed against us, we the U.S. working stiffs must expand our ideological limits and dissolve the boundaries that keep us divided and bickering amongst ourselves. What's up to my winsome warriors and resplendent rebels! This is the first installment of what will be a series of BNP original Alternate Timeline Vignettes.

As Quantum physics keeps demonstrating, we live in a fantastically mysterious Universe. These vignettes roll with the theory that all possible realities exist somewhere out there in the Rabbit Holes of Space and Time. Thus, I will be periodically creating original histories describing said alternate timelines. Some, like this one, will be grounded in history but will spin off from there. Others will be concocted from whole cloth.

In this inaugural chapter, a dim-witted but well-meaning podcaster travels back in time to the year 1501 and equips a cross section of leaders from across the Old Incan empire with visions of what is to come, as well as specimens of classic 21st century rifles, giving them 25 years to emulate the technology and prepare militarily and psychologically for Pizarro's first expedition of two ships and 160 Spanish conquistadors to arrive off the coast of Peru.

The shuffling of events that ensues in 1526 causes a completely different timeline to unfurl on the planet, which is known in the Alt Realm as Saltwater Spaceship Earth. Jump in the time machine and enjoy the ride! And bring a couple infused blunts if you would.

What is up to my ungovernable umbrellabirds and munificent macaroni penguins! Welcome to the BNP and thanks so much for tuning in. We got a rip roarin' inferno of an ep for ya this week, so strap in and hold onto yer butt!

Zany audio tidbits, you ask? For days. Cameo from neighbor Reinaldo? Yup. The veggies this ep constellate around a timely and highly relevant topic: just how 'wild' are all these generationally devastating wildfires?  In 2018, California had 2 million acres torched (and the location of the fires oddly tracked to the state's proposed high speed rail line). In 2019-2020, Australia had 60 million acres scorched, and the world first heard the term "megafire." Now in 2023, Canada is undergoing its own generationally destructive wildfires, with over 11 million acres destroyed, with the conflagrations continuing as of this writing. Satellite footage showing the fires starting all at the same time. That's some seriously coordinated lightning... 

This episode asks the question: cui bono? To whom are these 'wild'fires a benefit? Turns out, a lot of unsavory entities get rich off wildfires, and the bigger the blaze, the bigger the profits. Is it so crazy to think that soulless profiteers would ignite fires intentionally in order to turn a hefty profit? Arson has been around a long time.   

There are also political and cultural interests who benefit from wildfires, specifically those who trade in the "climate action" grift (militaries and corporations get to pollute, destroy and exploit whatever Earth they want, while you and I get digital carbon footprint trackers, fake meat and cricket patties).

Finally, we hear from friend of show Jonathan Glowacki about the real sustainability he observed at a mac nut farm in Guatemala, and we read an article by Whitney Webb about Natural Asset Corporations.

What's up to my perspicacious pelicans and jaunty jerboas! Welcome back to the BNP and thank you for joining! I'm back in the saddle after life forced me to take a couple weeks off, and back with a wild and woolly episode that features a little something for everyone.

The ep starts off proper with a zany audio tidbit, then moves to a segment examining the proven physics of the water powered car, electrolysis and splitting the water molecule, and the hydrogen fuel cell that makes it possible. The fact is, we do have the technology to achieve this, but powerful forces who are dedicated to preserving the status quo and perpetuating the supremacy of oil and gas continue to sabotage the effort.

I tell the story of Aaron Salter Jr., the security guard at Tops Market in Buffalo, NY, who was shot and killed defending the store during the mass shooting event on May 14, 2022. Salter was a gifted engineer who had successfully designed a functional water-powered vehicle. He is not the first genius engineer who has died suddenly and under bizarre circumstances after inventing a water powered engine. We dive into the history of the hydrogen fuel cell, the inventor Stanley Meyer (and his untimely death), and I feature an interview with Salter himself discussing his revolutionary breakthrough.

We then move to a conversation featuring Justin Ohldguy,  author of Killing Your Lion, an important book which dives into a timely topic: how to be an old school man in the muddled, confused and baffling modern world. We dive into the nuances of his book, why he chose to write it, and we examine the in's and outs of this critical topic in general, utilizing snippets of the manuscript to frame the discussion.
