Throughout her career she has cooked, prepped food, hosted, served, and bartended. Meet John McMillian on episode 4. John has been in the service industry for over 20 years. He got started while in college at a Denny’s looking to make extra cash. On this episode you meet Jay Nieves.  Jay has been in the service industry around 20 years and got started as a barback.  He has worked in multiple states around the east coast doing multiple jobs in the industry and is now an assistant manager at a known gay sports bar in Philadelphia.  He offers advice on bartending school. Jay was also a teacher at a local bartending school and he explains the difference he brought with him to his students.
