I struggle to show up online on the days when I'm not feeling 100%. I want to be authentic and real with my audience, but I also don't want to seem the eternal pessimist!

One of Brené Brown's quote is that we should share our scars, rather than the gaping wounds. 

But it's hard, right, because sometimes we don't have time to heal the wounds before we next show up around friends, whether online or in real life. 

For those days we don't have the time to heal first, in this episode I share the top five things I do to balance out my negative emotions on the bad days.
