My goal for this brief podcast is to give you a general introduction to me and what I'd like to do. If you want, I can share more of my personal story. For now, I think it best to do this in an audio format.
I guess you could call this a re-launch of my audio podcast; except for one thing. I felt a need to change the name of the podcast to Inspiration Point. What's the difference? Well, you will have to listen to the podcast for that detail. I'll also be diving into who I am. I'll be sharing some key aspects of what I'm about.
That's not all! Here are some details that I did not go into, on today's podcast. For one, my Inspiration Point Podcast episodes are created in Streamyard and streamed to my YouTube channel, Christianity Explained, my Facebook profile and Twitter. I will later upload the original video to Spotify for Podcasters for distribution. Between this podcast, my Christianity Explained Talk Show and book reviews, I feel this to be the best approach. Feel free to visit my YouTube channel and see what other contents I have.
In today's podcast, I touched on what the CE Talk Show is; however, I didn't share what the overall purpose of Christianity Explained.
To do this, I need your support. YouTube is free; however, the books, equipment and streaming services are not free. You can help this ministry by clicking on the Buy Me Coffee link: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/ChristianityExp
Please be sure to subscribe to your favorite audio podcast platform. I'd also love it if you visit my YouTube channel and subscribe there, too.

Today's episode discussion is a change of pace for me. I had wanted to write a blog post on the issue of sin and follow it with an audio podcast. The article may not be forthcoming; however, it's not a problem to hop on the mic and talk about the issue. You can be certain that I'll be referencing Scriptures in today's podcast.

Ever think of talking to God, the Father as one would talk with a friend? For many Christians, the idea of talking with Jesus as one person talks to his or her friends can be a challenging one. Yet, it is the kind of relationship that we are called into. As it is often true in the natural, it takes time to cultivate such a relationship. Would you like some help in learning how to pray and talk with Jesus? It's easier than you may think!

In my last blog post, "How Do I Listen for God's Voice? Relationship", I was referencing Peter Greig's new book called "How to Hear God: A Simple Guide for NORMAL People. In the first part of this book, Peter shares how our relationship with Jesus can shape how we hear God's Voice. It's not the only thing covered in that book.
As the author points out, we learn to hear God's voice through the pages of Scriptures. For some people, it is an easy thing to say "Open your Bible and read it." Sadly, this is not the case for many Christians. They may well have a desire to read the pages of God's Word; however, it is a daunting task for many of them. I understand the struggles and I'd like to share some ideas that will help you, in unlocking the hidden treasures in God's Word.
