Simon Ata more famously known as Simonster started gymnastics at a young age where he became passionate on mastering his body. From gymnastics he went on to breaking dancing, calisthenics, martial arts, circus training. I first stumbled on to Vadym, from a viral video filmed in Odessa, Ukraine. This was about a decade ago. I finally got to meet him at a freestyle competition in Norway. Since then he has transitioned to mostly really hard calisthenics superset training as well as weighted calisthenics. Becoming one of the strongest in calisthenics and having some of the highest levels of endurance.

Adam Sandel is a three-time Guinness World Record holder in pull-ups including “Most Pull-Ups in One Minute” (68 pull-ups, set December 2018). He is an athlete in multiple sports, a philosopher, and an award-winning teacher at Harvard University.
While completing his PhD in political philosophy at Oxford University, Sandel competed in international powerlifting. He is the author of the critically-acclaimed book The Place of Prejudice: A Case for Reasoning within the World (Harvard University Press, 2014), which has been translated into multiple languages.

Today our guest is Snoop. A frequent face on the calisthenics rep scene in New York. He has competed and won in several rep competitions, literally too many to name.
We speak about how he was initially intimidated from working out then fell in love with calisthenics to becoming a champ. We talk his training routines, and style. And how does he fit it all in while having 2 kids, and working 75 hour work weeks.

Dave Durante is a multiple time USA gymnastics national champion and was part of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Team as alternate. After retiring from competition, David helped coach his alma mater, Stanford University, to an NCAA Team Title in 2009 and has continued to be a part of the sport through his position on the Athlete Advisory Committee with the United States Olympic Committee as well as his position on the USA Gymnastics Men's Technical Committee. Dave was a lead coach with the CrossFit Gymnastics L1 course from 2013-2015. He also wrote and developed the CrossFit Gymnastics Advanced Course. Dave is co-owner of Power Monkey Fitness and Power Monkey Camp.
