It's been a while but we're back (again...for like the 5th time). Life has gotten crazy and Jay has been going through tough times. In this episode, we discuss what's been going on, how he has been dealing with it, and how his friends have helped him get through everything (even if they don't know it). Of course, we get some jokes off and get sidetracked by random tangents, but the overall message is how important it is for everyone to take care of their mental health.

In this episode, Jason and Jordan discuss the negative feedback they received from a video they posted watching a Harry Mack freestyle rap video. Then they transition to their favorite topic: sports! Yes the NFL playoffs were still going on when this episode was recorded, maybe our predictions for the games came true?!

The Basic Boyz are back! In their first episode back in over 5 months, the Boyz take a more calm approach to this episode. First discussing the crazy world of Antonio Brown (4:43) and Jordan throws Jay into a wild run-through of AB's entire football career. Then, Jordan puts Jay's rapping history to use and introduces him to Harry Mack and his immaculate freestyle skills (43:40).

In this episode, Jay and Jordan sit down to discuss their future dreams, goals, and how to best hold themselves accountable to achieve those goals. They also talk a bit about parenting (since both their daughters are in the studio interrupting), and how Jordan is uninvited to a reunion that has yet to be planned.

After their talk about the 7 spiritual laws of success, Jay and Jordan return to talk about one of the laws they struggle with: Judgement. They go over all of the situations they have found themselves being judgemental over and how they combat those thoughts now that they are being more mindful in their everyday life.

The Basic Boyz are back after being gone quite some time. Jordan went on vacation and Jay went on a spiritual journey. In this episode, they discuss some of the things Jay has learned from the books he's been reading and some of the mindfulness practices he hopes to implement in his life. Jay's nephew, Marcus, joins the boyz and gives his insight into some of the topics from the book "7 Spiritual Laws of Success".
