Gene Cunningham teaches that believers are born for battle, and the doctrine of the rapture is crucial for warning people of the impending tribulation and encouraging them to stand firm in their faith. He explains that the church will be raptured before the tribulation begins, and the dead in Christ will rise first, followed by the living believers. The rapture is the day of Christ, while the tribulation is the day of the Lord.

Gene Cunningham teaches that the mind of Christ is not something we can produce, but rather something we receive as we feed on and digest the truth of God's Word, and that we are called to be bridge builders, leaving a legacy for future generations.

Nancy Cunningham teaches that Christian warriors are born for spiritual battle, not physical battle, and that spiritual victory is founded on knowing God and His word. She emphasizes the importance of being actively involved in a local church, having a strong sense of rank and place, and cultivating character and morality to stand against evil. She also highlights the sufficiency of God's grace and strength in times of trial and suffering.

Gene Cunningham teaches that living out one's salvation requires spiritual exercise and obedience, with the Holy Spirit motivating believers to do God's will. He emphasizes the importance of simplicity and striving for rewards, including the five crowns that can be attained through faithfulness. The message highlights the role of the Holy Spirit in regeneration, indwelling, and sealing believers.

Gene Cunningham teaches that God's plan is to get ahead by getting behind, and that believers can adopt and adapt the mind of Christ through the Holy Spirit, leading to a total transformation of their lives.
