Today we are talking about having a quicker jumpshot and how to develop one with practice. I always hear commentators from games talking about how a player has such a quick release. Well today we are going to take the mystery out of why some players have quick shots and others don’t. As you move up in levels the ability to get your shot off quickly will be really important as defenders are faster, bigger and more athletic.
