I have gone back and forth in my opinion about giving away free basketball training sessions. At this very moment, I am a fan of them after looking at the data. We were talking about administration and software and it made me really think on the way he has his basketball training business set up for his membership plans. Price, quantity of trainees, and quality of training are very important. Usually, it’s hard to give all three, but I think Ryan and many others have all three and it is working really well for them.
