Duschen ist kein Heavymetal, so weit der breite gesellschaftliche Konsens. Zwischen den Bereichen „Arbeiten“ und „Duschen“ dürfte es mehr Schnittpunkte geben, da das eine meist Voraussetzung und/oder Folge des anderen ist. A hard week at work, and the last big session before the Pitztal ultra. So I ran from Oberau to Oberammergau, through a forest that felt a bit magic, up one long climb, to see if a mountain could do what a weekend off could not.

This is less a running video and more a case for trail running as the best de-stress tool I know. You do not need to be fast, and you do not need to go far.

Route: Oberau to Oberammergau, Bavarian Alps. 15.6 km, 1173 m of climbing, one major climb of +795 m at 16.6 percent.
