We recently ticked off one of my bucket list destinations with a budget cruise to the Norwegian fjords, where I naturally set about spending my leftover birthday money on all the yarn I could find and looked like a weirdo crocheting an emergency hat in the ship's various bars.

Also I guess we saw scenery and stuff. So now you get to look at it too!

We started this channel five years ago, in July of 2020. It took some time to start making videos regularly but this anniversary is a good opportunity to talk about five areas where I’ve changed my mind or evolved my thinking on urbanism. Let me know what you think.

[Fr] Le champ d'éoliennes du mont Tauch (Corbières, entre Tuchan et Padern, aude, France) nous a servi pour une évaluation suggestive du bruit des éoliennes immédiatement en dessous, par très fort vent en haut (force 7 ou 8). On remarque en conclusion, que l'éolienne n'engendre aucun surbruit par rapport à celui engendré par le vent lui même. Il n'y a pas de nuisances sonores causées par un champ d'éoliennes, et les chevaux ne s'y trompent pas, et s'installent spontanément juste au dessous.
