Yo puedo ser tu hermana, tu hija
Tamara, Pamela o Valentina
Tú no me vas a gritar
Tú no me vas a someter
Tú no me vas a obligar
Tú no me vas a silenciar
Mujer fuerte, insurgente
Independiente y valiente
Romper las cadenas de lo indiferente
Mujer linda que das vida
Emancipada en autonomía
A liberar
A liberar, ah-ah
Yo puedo ser jefa de hogar
Empleada o intelectual
Yo puedo ser protagonista de nuestra historia
La que despierta la vecindad
La que organiza la economía
De su casa, de su familia
Mujer linda se pone de pie
Y a romper las cadenas de la piel
Tú no me vas a gritar
Tú no me vas a someter
Tú no me vas a obligar
Tú no me vas a silenciar
Mujer fuerte, insurgente
Independiente y valiente
Romper las cadenas de lo indiferente
Mujer linda que das vida
Emancipada en autonomía
A liberar
A liberar, ah-ah
can be your sister, your daughter
Tamara, Pamela or Valentina
I can be your great friend
Even your life partner
I can be your great ally
The one who advises and supports
I can be any of them
It depends on how you call me
But I'm not going to be the one who obeys
Because my body belongs to me
I decide my time
How and where I want
Independent I was born, independent I decided
I don't walk behind you
You're not going to humiliate me
You're not going to shout at me
You're not going to subdue me
You're not going to hit me
You're not going to degrade me
You're not going to force me
You're not going to silence me
You're not going to shut me up
Not submissive nor obedient
Strong insurgent woman
Independent and brave
Breaking the chains of indifference
Not passive nor oppressed
Beautiful woman who gives life
Emancipated in autonomy
I can be head of the household
Employee or intellectual
I can be the protagonist of our history
And the one who stirs up
The people, the community
The one who awakens the neighborhood
The one who organizes the economy
Of her home, of her family
Beautiful woman stands up
And breaks the chains of the skin
You're not going to humiliate me
You're not going to shout at me
You're not going to subdue me
You're not going to hit me
You're not going to degrade me
You're not going to force me
You're not going to silence me
