Quiero hablarles en este post y video sobre la importancia que reside en el estiramiento y el calentamiento en cada uno de mis entrenamientos.

Principalmente, al llegar a las barras todos los días siempre me dedico a estirar y a calentar, ya que la importancia que tiene en cada uno de mis entrenamientos es muy crucial. Cada extremidad, cada articulación y cada músculo debe ser estimulado antes de entrenar.

Esto principalmente es necesario ya que como atleta que se divierte entrenando, también soy consciente de la importancia que llega a tener cada estiramiento y cada calentamiento a largo plazo. Aquí la importancia de esos dos elementos al entrenar:

Calentar previene lesiones a largo plazo: Ya que al calentar, activamos el músculo y el cuerpo entra en un estado de activación y se prepara para el entrenamiento.

Ayuda a prevenir un tirón de músculo: los músculo están en riesgo de sufrir un desgarre, por lo que calentar correctamente lo previene.

Calentar activa los músculos: ayuda a que el cuerpo tenga un mayor riego sanguíneo, lo que me ayuda a realizar un entrenamiento más eficiente.

Un buen estiramiento al final de la rutina: Además de la prevención de una lesión, este elemento ayuda a realizar una mejor recuperación, ya que la respuesta del cuerpo y de las articulaciones es muy buena.

Estirar ayuda en la vida diaria: tener la capacidad muy bien trabajada para moverse correctamente ayuda a realizar correctamente las actividades diarias.

Estirar ayuda a realizar un entrenamiento más eficiente: el tener la capacidad de movernos correctamente en un entrenamiento ayuda a realizar correctamente un movimiento en un deporte, o en mi caso, mi disciplina deportiva, calistenia.

Lo importante es calentar y estirar; aunque a veces nos dé algo de flojera pienso que podemos tomarlo como una motivación a largo plazo ya que el hacer un estiramiento correcto, el calentar y añadido con el fortalecer los músculos nos hace ser más funcionales a largo plazo.

"No es tan solo una disciplina deportiva extrema, también es algo que podemos hacer con una meta de cuidar nuestro cuerpo."

Personalmente estos días he estado realizando estiramientos más regulares debido a una pequeña lesión que tengo en la lumbar debido a la mala postura en unos entrenamientos que tuve hace un par de semanas. Además de que usualmente, en el día me la mantenía en una mala posición en mi hogar lo cual ocasionó que tuviera esta lesión.

I want to talk to you in this post and in this video about the importance that lies in stretching and warming up in each of my workouts.

Mainly, when I get to the bars every day I always dedicate myself to stretch and warm up, since the importance it has in each of my workouts is very crucial. Every limb, every joint and every muscle must be stimulated before training.

This is mainly necessary because as an athlete who has fun training, I am also aware of the importance that every stretch and every warm-up has in the long run. Here is the importance of these two elements when training:

Warming up prevents long-term injury: since by warming up, we activate the muscle and the body enters a state of activation and prepares for the workout.

It helps prevent a pulled muscle: Muscles are at risk of tearing, so warming up correctly prevents it.

Warming up activates the muscles: it helps the body to have a greater blood supply, which helps me to perform a more efficient workout.

A good stretch at the end of the routine: In addition to the prevention of injury, this element helps to make a better recovery, since the response of the body and joints is very good.

Stretching helps in daily life: having the ability to move correctly helps to perform daily activities correctly.

Stretching helps to perform a more efficient workout: having the ability to move correctly in a workout helps to correctly perform a movement in a sport, or in my case, my sport discipline, calisthenics.

"Stretching I do regularly to improve my progress and stretching I do specifically to have a better recovery to prevent injuries and to have a greater ability to perform an efficient workout."

The important thing is to warm up and stretch; even if sometimes we feel a little lazy I think we can take it as a long term motivation because doing a correct stretching, warming up and added with strengthening the muscles makes us more functional in the long run.

It is not only an extreme sport discipline, it is also something we can do with a goal of taking care of our body.

Personally these days I have been doing more regular stretching because of a small injury I have in my lower back due to bad posture in some training sessions I had a couple of weeks ago. Besides that, I usually kept it in a bad position at home during the day which caused me to have this injury.

Un saludo para todos, Hivers, 3Speak y Hive Calisthenics. El día de hoy les presento de nuevo un video sobre el Reto Barbarians. Este video lo grabé hace un par de semanas y deseaba subirlo para dar a conocer mi avance en el reto; presentando mi avance en la técnica, y la mejora por el esfuerzo dedicado estos meses reflejado en el tiempo final.

Además de un nuevo post, también lo veo como un reflejo y un regreso a hive; esto lo digo debido a mi inactividad, que fue ocasionada por los recientes asuntos en mi país y falta de motivación por no poder ir a las barras. Espero que lo disfrute querido espectador.

5 Muscle ups

El objetivo es completar el reto en menos de 5 minutos. En este vídeo hago un tiempo mucho menor que el último que intenté.

"En estos periodos de tiempo hago un descanso porque debo guardar energía para el resto del reto."

"Este reto realmente parece algo fácil a primera vista pero sólo hasta el día que intentas hacerlo, sólo hasta ese primer día, te das cuenta de que es un reto de calistenia muy complicado."

"Tardé mucho tiempo en darme cuenta y fue sorprendente lo que tardé en avanzar en este nicho de la calistenia."

"La mitad del desafío. Una de las partes más duras del reto, porque en esta parte del reto estoy haciendo 30 pull ups, con mucha fatiga muscular."

I recorded this video a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to upload it to show my progress in the challenge; presenting my progress in the technique, and the improvement by the effort dedicated these months reflected in the final time.

Saludos Hive Calisthenics y comunidad de Hive. Hoy les presento mi nuevo video, sobre el reto Barbarians. Desde hace mucho tiempo había subido muchos posts sobre el mismo reto, pero no era tan creíble porque unas palabras no son lo mismo que el reto ejecutado en video.

El día de ayer decidí grabar este video para dar veracidad sobre mi tiempo en el reto. Y al final, quedó bonito. Fué divertido grabar mi primer vídeo.

Los cambios que observé es que el reto que hice hace 6 meses, y el del día de ayer es que tengo una técnica impecable, y la resistencia es buena. Tengo que mejorar la última serie de Muscle up, así que puedo decir que estoy un dia mas cerca de la meta.

Es un hecho satisfactorio ver como avanzo en el reto y que continuamente, aunque los logros no hayan sido muchos, poco a poco sigo avanzando.

Greetings Hive Calisthenics and Hive community. Today I present you my new video, about the Barbarians challenge. Since a long time ago I had uploaded many posts about the same challenge, but it was not so credible because a few words are not the same as the challenge executed in video.

Yesterday I decided to record this video to give veracity about my time in the challenge. And in the end, it turned out nice. It was fun to record my first video.

The changes I observed is that the challenge I did 6 months ago, and yesterday's is that I have a flawless technique, and the resistance is good. I have to improve the last set of Muscle up, so I can say that I am one day closer to the goal.

It is a satisfying fact to see how I advance in the challenge and that continuously, although the achievements have not been many, little by little I continue to advance.
