Battered Souls #002 - On the Medicine Path with Julian Keenan Grow

My guest in this show is esoteric acupuncturist Julian Keenan Grow from Sacred Silence Acupuncture in Brooklyn, NY.

As a young punk rocker in NYC he journey of healing began when at 22 he was diagnosed with a bone tumor.

Having spent time in the Amazon and in Costa Rica working directly with the sacred medicine Ayahuasca under the tutelage of traditional elders, Julian now practices acupuncture and herbal medicine at his clinic.

In this episode we talk a bit about his experience with plant medicines, psychedelics, and how that makes him a unique and inspiring healer.

I hope to have him back on someday to talk more about his experiences with shamanism.
