Members Reviews:
Loved the story, It left me wanting more!
This was really quite a good story! I liked the main characters and their foes. The story was well written and had a great pace through the scenes between the conflicts as well as the conflicts themselves. Overall, this was a very satisfying and well written story.
Based on what other reviewers are saying I guess I might be in the minority here, but I found the narrator distracting. It seems like he would run out of breath toward the end of a sentence and had to really force the words without a sufficient amount of air to get it done. I kept wondering if he was just not taking a breath between sentences or if he was trying too hard to project a deep radio announcers voice and just couldn't maintain it at times.
I was provided a free evaluation copy of this audio book at my request in exchange for this unbiased review.
Sci fi epic battles
5th book in a series. I was able to pick it up with ease and enjoy it. Ima sure had I read the rest I would have enjoyed some of the characters more than I did. Well written and well. Arrayed. I highly recommend and will be seeking out the previous installments. Enjoy! I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.
Great sci-fi battle story
I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
This is, apparently, a fifth book in a series. It stood on it's own quite well, though. There were a few references to previous books, but it wasn't a terrible distraction. The narrator was great, and helped keep things moving. The battle scenes were very well written and suspenseful. All in all, I really enjoyed this book.
Part of series.
