I had a fantastic time at the Stan Lee Comikaze Expo in LA this past weekend. It’s amazing how much the show has grown in size, quality, and creativity. I was especially impressed by the level of cosplay present. You guys really came out strong and represented the cosplay community well! Besides enjoying the show, I was able to moderate a couple of panels with some great panelist. First was the Battle for Multicultural Heroes with Tamara Brooks (@MisfitsTamara) and Crystal Clark (@GeekPinata). Ivy Doomkitty was sick that morning so she had to miss. In this panel we talked about ethnic superhero stereotypes, race-bending, recent film casting news, and future opportunities. As always, this panel is a joy to facilitate and very enlightening for all involved. Smart phones click here.
