At 2 a.m., he was still awake thinking about his own life, losing the gym, approaching 50, and one question he hasn't been able to shake: When does being stuck finally end?

What starts as two friends joking around between exercises turns into an honest conversation between Rob and Gus about failure, starting over, career changes, purpose, faith, gratitude and what happens when your life hasn't turned out the way you thought it would.
