Congressman Byron Donalds of Florida and Congressman Chip Roy of Texas, discuss the current state of the continuing resolution in the House and what happens next. Donalds has given his statement about his lack of support and Roy has asked the government to withhold his paycheck until they can get a clue of what they are doing on the Hill.
