Joe Beamer, filling in for Bauerle, starts out by speaking to a handful of landlords on just how difficult it is to be a landlord in New York State these days and the idea of squatters rights. Also, Beamer touches on a bill recently signed by Governor DeSantis of Florida that will bar children under age 14 from having social media accounts and will delete existing accounts in such cases.

On the program today, Bauerle poses two questions to you: after waking up this morning at 5 a.m. thinking it was 5 p.m., and panicking that he'd slept through his show, has this happened to you? Have you ever thought you'd overslept for something and sheer panic set in?

Also, shortly before the death of his mother, Bauerle received what he believed to be a sign from his late father approving of the care he was giving to his mother. Have you ever gotten signs from relatives in the afterlife?
