Celebrated another trip around the sun last weekend (April 16th) and did some reflecting on my journey thus far. The only time I've ever truly failed is when refused to try. Period. We don't always think about our resiliency, but just know, you are more resilient that you realize. Keep going! #BaxtersBuzz

We are always told to stay in our lane and perfect our role. And although I agree with that premise, we also need to find a lane that WE feel great about and not just one that has been assigned to us. #BaxtersBuzz

Our journey includes ups, downs, and all sorts of lessons. Those setbacks are small victories, helping to better prepare you for what's next. How else are you going to learn?? #BaxtersBuzz

Sustaining success happens by doing many things well and it should include creating a path to help others. #BaxtersBuzz

INFORMATION OVERLOAD.  Not knowing if you should respond to Teams, Slack, or email (let's not even talk about social media!) can be incredibly overwhelming. My daughter pointed out my #IdiotsGuide book that was on my shelf and I realized that managing your time has never been more difficult. #BaxtersBuzz

This may seem simple, but it isn't. Many times the things we want to see, we must be. Our work and positive energy can set the stage for things to come back around. #BaxtersBuzz
