If we feel like we're underpaid, we have a few choices if we decide to stay: Perform below our normal output or perform above it. Remember, you're not just working hard for those in charge, you're building muscles and habits that will always be there. And you never know who's watching!

Whether we get a "yes" or "no" on our next opportunity, one thing that is constant: There will be work to do. If we neglect the work, you losses will compound and your wins will feel like ancient history much sooner than you think.

I'm in therapy for the first time and I am so happy that I made the decision. If you're thinking about it, make the next move and find someone.

When we're being interviewed/considered for a new opportunity, we tend to talk with all sorts of confidence. Some would even call it audacious. But once a decision has been made, win or lose, does our work match our initial words?

We've all been told not to "burn bridges," but how many bridges are you building? We're all one interaction from our lives completely changing. But if we're closed off, we could be missing our opportunities.

Feeling entitled has gotten me in more trouble than anything else in my sales career.

Today, I'm buzzing about one of the greatest opportunities we have as leaders: Sharing setbacks with our teams. I recently had some teachable moments to share with Zara about failure, focusing on what your inputs are, and the power of prayer.
