Thousands across the Bay Area are waking up without power this morning, as fierce winds and heavy rain from the storm have downed trees and power lines, and some residents facing extended periods in the dark.
There are still only 5 confirmed cases of measles in California, all in the southern part of the state. But that does have some people worried that it could spread here.
The city of San Jose has a lot on its plate next year with the Super Bowl, March Madness and the World Cup all scheduled to come to town.
