What we wait for will shape our lives in unexpected ways.

Jesus Christ is more than a good teacher or great human being. He is the Son of God, our Lord.

Most people go to one of two extremes with creation. Some people simply take it for granted while others take it so seriously that it seems like they worship it. Christians should learn to see God in creation.

Too many people, even faithful church attending Christians, suffer from "Santa Claus Syndrome." They asked God to do something for them or to give them some other thing and it did not happen. So they began to act as though God either does not care or cannot help. They confused controlling God with trusting God. We need to dump the doubts because we will never understand God

We tend to avoid saying and doing things that will make us stand out from the crowd. We are afraid of what others might think of us. However, Jesus calls us to follow him and when we do we will stand out. There will be people who don��"t like it. When that happens, Jesus calls us to rejoice.

We hide our fear of finding peace in our relationships behind all kinds of excuses. But Jesus declares that God's children are to take the first step every time. We are to follow his example and seek ways to intentionally initiate peacemaking activities in our relationships.

Worship that honors God is a lifestyle not simply a Sunday morning ritual.

We've become hard hearted because we tried to heal and protect our broken hearts in our own ways. However, God invites each of us to allow him to heal our broken hearts and to take away our hard hearts.
