We are so very pleased to have my great friend Marissa to join our podcast show.  Marissa and I talk about how to help others who are stressed as parents.  How to help your kids while installing resilience and teaching responsibility.  How to be involved without trying to be their friend.  Marissa is a parent of three children in different stages of their lives.  Her oldest child is also a parent, her middle child is in college, and her youngest is in middle school.  We talk about the challenges of parenting and Marissa gives plenty of insight on this topic.
