Stan begins with the start up and immediate success of the Skating Bees in the late 80's. He also dives into playing Canadian Junior A Hockey and of course playing at the collegiate level as well. Today we welcome alumni of BHS and former Lady Bees Basketball great, Tara Flynn! Tara played four years of varsity basketball with the lady Bees. During her time here, her teams won three consecutive county championships. She was chosen Championship MVP, Defensive Player of the Year and All-County First Team as a sophomore. All-County First Team and All-State Honorable Mention as a junior. All-State Honorable Mention as a senior. Oh yeah, and she hit the books as being a member of theNational Honor Society member and graduated in top five percent of class.

Today might be one of the funniest episodes we had. We welcome everyone's favorite Tico Baret. I've coined that phrase because you always see him smiling and carrying conversations with students, staff, administration whoever. The guy just gets along so well with everyone. Today tico brings endless stories, many I'm sure we didn't even get to. Of course you will hear his stories from his playing days at BHS to playing college ball at William Paterson. There is also a good chance you will hear your name mention because like I said, Tico is everyone's favorite and he has built such a great rapport with all members of the Bayonne school community.
On this weeks episode we welcome former Bees Basketball Head Coach Jack Hladik. Coach Hladik served as the BHS Boys Head Coach for 13 seasons. During those 13 years coach Hladik had a phenomenal 6 year run From 2001- 2007, it was one of the best six year runs in school history, 4 county championship appearances, 2 titles, 6 trips to the state tournament, 4 of the 6 were state sectional semi-finals. All this and more!!
On Todays episode we welcome Princeton University Mens Basketball Standout Elijah Barnes and his former Coach from Mater Dei Prep Ben Gamble. Of course Coach Gamble has now taken over the reigns with the Bayonne Bees. The three of us sit-down to talk basketball, race, social injustices and much more.
On today's episode we welcome a former Bayonne Boys Basketball standout and Bayonne High School Alum Danny Wilson! During Danny’s time with the Bees he was seen as a strong rebounder with a great first pass and a kid who always shared the ball. You will hear his story and passion with basketball as well as now being able to give the knowledge he has learned on the court with his new venture of North Hudson Athletic Consulting Group. NHACC allows Danny and his staff to evaluate players, and assist them and their families finding the school that is the best fit during the college recruiting process.
On today's episode we sit and talk with BHS Head Wrestling Coach Jared Luciani. Coach Luciani stems from a pedigree of Head Coaches as it runs in his blood from his father, uncle, and many others. Coach Luciani has established a solid repoir and has built a strong camaraderie among the players of his wrestling program. You will hear his passion and love towards wrestling as well his drive for competition and to grow and develop our young student athletes.
Today we welcome Bayonne High School alumni Mark Johnson. Mark currently owns and operates Prime athletic Development right here in Bayonne. Mark brings with him energy and enthusiasm to a level we have not seen yet with some of our guests. I can assure you his devoted time and persistence will resonate with many listeners of the show.
