Having trained in Culinary Arts at the prestigious Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island, USA, Paula McIntyre returned to the UK in 1993 to open her own restaurant in Manchester. A busy and thriving eatery, The Undrie picked up several awards for fine dining including Manchester Evening News newcomer of the year and was featured in several guidebooks and magazines including City Life and Caterer and Hotelkeeper.

Steven recently finished as Runner Up in the final of Great British Bake Off 2017, after receiving 3 Star Baker awards and 3 technical 1st place slots over the 10 weeks. He has had a passion for cooking and baking since being taught by his mother over 25 years ago. Steven is known for his versatility, from wedding cakes to Friday night curries and is happiest when he is in his kitchen putting his own twist on whatever he makes.
