Nigerian customer service is very questionable and a lot of businesses treat their customers badly. We saw this recently when a restaurant owner, Denike Balogun of Cafe de Flore had an issue with a customer, Masidat Kassim. The customer, a business owner herself, dedicated her Instagram page to dragging the restaurant owner until she was refunded for the service she paid for which she didn't receive.
This whole drama begged the question; is dragging a vendor online the only way to get a refund in Nigeria? Also do Nigerian customers deserve the service they get due to the way they approach businesses?
