    Today's conversation took us all over the world. From acting, to spiritual retreats, to Montessori methods and Brain Gym, Elizabeth Percival has led a life she truly loves.
    We integrated our left and right brains during the show through an exercise that Elizabeth leads during her Brain Gym courses. I was left feeling calm, connected and at peace. It was incredible.
    Elizabeth was born on Long Island, lived in Virginia, North Carolina, San Francisco, Connecticut and now, Juneau Alaska. She is 79 years old and going strong. She has the spirit and heart of an angel. I enjoyed our conversation and feel a sense of being all right with the world after our short exercise.

    Elizabeth Percival Bio:
    I am a healer, a spiritual coach, a mind/body transformation facilitator, a channeler, a visual artist, a writer, and a photographer. Yes, I am all of those things and more. I have been an actress, a Montessori Teacher, a home-schooling mother, and a supporter of people with developmental disabilities. I’ve traveled the world and now live in Juneau, Alaska.
