In this episode I have the pleasure of interviewing two graduating seniors fresh off their BCHS Girls Volleyball 3A State Championship. We talk about club ball, school life at BCHS, coaching, what we have to look forward to this coming season and a whole lot more. My Easter break went a little longer than planned, but it was worth the wait, I promise! This is a fantastic interview with one of my favorite people on planet Earth: Coach Garth Schulz! We talk about his bowling teams, the robotics team (that is freaking amazing!) and I accidentally stumble onto the fact that BCHS has a brand new E-Sports Team!! In this episode I sit down with Frank "Bubba" Mariani, our new Varsity Football Head Coach. Coach Mariani come from a football family with decades of high school football experience. Bubba shares his journey from the Chicago suburbs to Vegas to Boulder City along with some great stories too. The hardest part of this podcast was editing it to under an hour! Parker Reynolds is the former quarterback of the Boulder City Eagles. He's the BCHS Varsity Football record holder for total passing yards and was one of the leaders of the turn-around team that brought the Eagles back to the playoffs in 2018. Parker shares his stories about growing up playing sports in Boulder City, his football experience at BCHS and his college football experience in Illinois. Along the way he gives great insights into football in Boulder City and tons of great advice for Boulder City student athletes.
