For almost 10 years, Elise Whann has been the customer care person on the showroom floor and behind the counter for GEM Supply, at 1312 W. Washington, Orlando.
Elise tells us that GEM Supply there has the ONLY, drive-in jan/san store in the nation.
She sees it all, works with every department in the 60,000 sq. ft. building and knows what's happening everywhere.
You can also catch her many Saturdays from 8-noon helping contractors who work part-time in the cleaning industry.
