At the time of this podcast taping, Hurricane IAN had just passed through the state of Florida.  Our thoughts are with those less fortunate, who have lost everything to the storm including those who lost family.

For Sean and I, it was just wind and rain, and a few limbs to clean up.  We taped this on Monday after, and the internet was a bit spotty, so pardon the glitches.

Sean and I both presented at the recent FSPMA conference held here in Orlando.  Our session was on Understanding Luxury Vinyl flooring.  It was well attended and we answered quite a few questions.

The following week, this podcast was in Missouri at the MSPMA conference.  At both conferences, we presented the Rock Star Custodian program and as always, NOMINATIONS ARE OPEN.
