I called Blake Hartman the best player in the state last season. I was correct! He won the Kennedy as the state's best player. I was also big on Trey Dunn as a surprise player coming in. I got to spend some time seeing him train last season. He is a big candidate for the Kennedy this year. Who will get the Kennedy in 2021? What about Bryson Singer from Parkersburg High School? There is a lot of great talent around the state to choose from.
