Toxic Positivity sounds like an oxymoron. We want to be positive and we others to be as well. Sometimes too much of a good thing can be harmful, I suppose. But there is always a bright side to look into it as well!

It is okay to own when we did something we are not proud of. Forgive yourself and move forward...preserve your well being!

When we pray.....what is your intention? Who are you praying to? What are you requesting and why? Inquiring minds want to know. I know for myself I was not sure for a LONG time. I was told I was to pray to God. Who exactly is that? I will say that I believe in the power of prayer, or I should say the power for spiritual connection. This is a conversation about identifying the details around the connection, tis all. Chime in!
