This episode reflects on my first experience running a half-marathon, exploring all of what went well and what could have gone better.

With this experience in mind, this session will focus on the power and importance of preparation, including:

1. Why rituals matter?
2. The transition period - What, how & why?
3. The benefits of visualising the outcome/results you desire

Thank you for tuning in. #beawolf #keepgoing
