Yes, it's okay to be angry. Believe it or not, the apostle Paul calls us to be angry. Yet, he admonishes us immediately to not let our anger cause sin. Interestingly, this jibes with modern psychology. The dance between acknowledging anger and living with grace can be very difficult, but its worth a life's pursuit.
