To grow in faith, you need to be part of the church, which is the body of Christ. You learn Christian humility when you have to work with others. You learn patience when others are inevitably irritating at times. Faith is a team sport, like football. Even the best quarterback needs blockers and wide receivers. The Bible says God made us different on purpose so that we would work together as many different parts make up the human body.
