Decided to repurpose some audio from a guest appearance on my dear friend Gen’s podcast, The House You Live In. In this episode, we talk about a wide range of topics. The subject matter was supposed to center around my ACL and what that recovery looked like, but naturally Gen and I can’t speak linearly. We did talk alot about my ACL injury while skiing and what that recovery, both mentally and physically was like though, so anyone that’s been through it or is going through it, can absolutely relate. ACL is a BITCH and a half, lemme tell ya. We discuss LOTS of mental health tings, as well as therapy, dating, woes and loneliness in your 20’s, depressive spells and moving through them, podcasting, comparison, injury and recovery from that injury, skiing and living in Colorado, literally the list goes on and on. I love recording w Gen, because it truly doesn’t feel like we’re recording, its just like we’re chatting, so the time flies.
