A tribute to the captain.

Boston Bruins' longtime captain Zdeno Chara announced his retirement from the NHL. The crew paid tribute to the Bruins legend and the importance he had on the team, the fanbase, and the city. #33 forever. 

News regarding Celtic's Head Coach Ime Updoke broke prior to the recording of episode two. The B&E crew responded to the situation using the information accessible at the time of recording (9/23/22). 

In the first episode of season two, the boys were back in the studio discussing the Boston Celtic's memorable playoff run! The crew also broke down the return of Bruin's captain Patrice Bergeron and longtime center David Krejci. With the last dance underway for the Bruins, how does B&E feel about the status of the team! The Patriot's week one game against the Dolphins ended with a fierce debate regarding the team moving forward as the crew previewed week two against Pittsburgh. 

To no surprise, N'Keal Harry was mentioned. Tune into an exciting start to season two!

In their last episode of the semester, the boys broke down the Celtic's playoff run so far and the hopes for the future of the 2022 playoffs. Along with the Celtics, the B&E crew broke down the recent NFL draft and some of the recent Patriots selections. How will these players perform in the eyes of the B&E crew? On Episode 18 of B&E Boston Sports, the boys discussed a variety of topics. With the NBA playoffs underway, the Boston Celtics have beat up on the talented Brooklyn Nets. The boys broke down what has worked so well for Celtics so far and outlook on the rest of the series. In addition, the boys predicted the outcome of other first round series.

With the NFL Draft approaching, and a wide variety of blockbuster trades already, the B&E team broke down the possibility of WR Deebo Samuel being traded, with the possibility to Seth's NY Jets. Along with the Patriots hopes and dreams for the NFL Draft, the boys ended playing popular sports guessing games Poeltl and Weddle. 

Starting off with the Bruins and Jake DeBrusk, the boys discussed how the bruins are still in win now mode and time is ticking. Staying on the hockey topic, Quinnipiac Ice Hockey was discussed with many players across the NCCA and QU hitting the transfer portal. With the Celtics wrapping up the regular season, Marcus Smart for DPOY?, and possible playoff matchups were broken down. Brad Stevens extensions of both Marcus Smart and Rob Williams viewed as steals after extremely successful seasons from both. 

After the break, Mike broke down recent UFC fights and upcoming events. Ending the episode, with the live B&E 2022 NFL draft. Make sure to listen to Episode 17 to find out who and when top NFL prospects will be taken according to the boys. 

On Episode 16, the boys share their thoughts on all four major sports. Starting off with the wild NFL offseason and some of the big name trades that have gone down so far. In addition they broke down the Celtics recent success and Rob Williams injury. Heading towards the playoffs the boys shared their thoughts on what the Celtics and Bruins need to do to make a deep run. Ending with some MLB talk, and what to expect now that the season is underway. 

Episode 6 of B&E Boston Sports was jammed packed with a deep discussion on the New England Patriots and the pros/cons of the week nine win against the Carolina Panthers. With the team sitting at (5-4) on the season, Brendan and Ethan discussed the importance of the next few weeks on the outlook of the season.  Episode 6 unveiled two new segments on the show, Brendan's Thoughts and The Fantasy Draft. Both of these segments provide a different point of view and direction for the show as B&E branch off of just discussing games. With the Patriots, Bruins, and Celtics all in season, it is a busy time for Boston Sports and gives the boys a variety of topics to cover. Episode Six is everything you need to stay up to date on Boston Sports and also listen in on the entertaining Fantasy Draft segment!

Episode 5 features a tribute to Boston sports legend Jerry Remy and his unforgettable impact on so many of us. Brendan and Ethan payed homage to the man himself and the affect Remy had on their childhoods. After an exciting Patriots win over the Los Angeles Chargers, B&E discussed their thoughts on being back at .500 and their thoughts moving forward. The two went deep into the current state of the Boston Celtics and what needs to be done in order to turn the team around! 

A busy October morning for Brendan and Ethan. The duo covered all aspects of Boston Sports this week and was the most jam packed episode yet! Following the Boston Red Sox loss in the ALCS, the two gave their thoughts for the offseason and their hopes moving forward. After a blowout win against the Jets, the pros/cons of the New England Patriots were highlighted. With the Bruins and Celtics both starting their 2021-22 respective campaigns the boys discussed the results of the first few games. 

Episode 3! Ethan and Brendan discussed the Red Sox's loss to Houston tying the ALCS Series 2-2. The boys shared their opinions about the current situation and future of the New England Patriots. The Boston Bruins and Quinnipiac Hockey teams both started their respective seasons this week. B&E dug deep and discussed their thoughts for the season and each teams matchups including the #7 Quinnipiac Bobcats taking on the #6 ranked North Dakota Fighting Hawks. Quite possibly the best episode yet!
