Taking a look back today at why "FUN" is my thing, truly it wasn't me that decided that it was important to me ever. It was and has always been my Dad who inspired me to be fun. Even though he is not with us anymore he still lives inside me and GIRL I have to share this story with you.

Lets talk about what to do when life gets messy, there are bumps and twists and turns on this roller coaster of life but if we learn to take ACTION, we can do anything!

Girl, we have always gotta be ready for surprises! Life is going to throw them our way no matter what and we have to be ready to choose to let the surprises be an opportunity! If we see the surprises as a plot twist and an opportunity for fun the outcome will always be better. I challenge you in this episode to look for more surprises in your life and to always be ready for them as an opportunity!

So excited to share this episode with you all! I’ve been thinking a lot about how much more fun it is to encourage someone! This quick little episode talks briefly about why encouraging others and supporting others is so important in life. We want to encourage people to do what is on their hearts and not try to hold them back, because if at the end of the day we are holding them back we don’t want them to resent us for never taking the leap of faith they always dreamed of. Lots of Disney references in this one guys, hope you’re ready for it!

Today we are talking about what powerful and FUN words we can choose to use to label what we do and how we think. When we think about things more positively, they tasks at hand become more fun to do! Think in a fun way about things and dun dun dun…guess what?! Mundane things that once were once “lame” become fantastic and funky!

What is fun to you? The word Fun in itself is so broad! But what is the purpose of having fun? Why is it important in our daily lives? Even though play seems purposeless in the moment, it serves us in the longevity of our lives! We are healthier when we choose to have more fun!
