The South African Savings Institute has warned consumers against reckless spending ahead of Black Friday. The institute says consumers should guard against spending money they do not have on things they do not need. South Africa has joined other countries in participating in Black Friday, the name given to the shopping day after Thanksgiving in the Unites States.
