"The Creator never intended for us to be confused by His words.  He gave us His Words of life, and He gave them in context, to be understood and beneficial to our walk with Him.  This channel's goal is to bring clarity to some of the misconceptions that have formed over time among believers and taught by others, however innocent and well-intended.  The Scriptures make complete sense when we keep its words in context of His coming kingdom and His coming King, Jesus the Messiah.  Sharing the gospel of the kingdom...in context."

He is the author of numerous books, articles, & DVDs and has appeared on national and international programs. He is senior pastor of the Way Congregation in Wheat Ridge, CO.

My side-note:

While Doug refuses to even entertain of what may be the true nature of the seemingly clearly described biblical cosmology, I do appreciate his otherwise deep knowledge of the scriptures in their native languages.

While he drives me a bit crazy with his hardheartedness concerning the nature of where we may actually live and it's deep implications, I can still appreciate his knowledge of the scriptures.

Rob and Zen continue their study of Genesis in a multimanuscript study.  This series is surely a great resource for fellowship and research. We appreciate everyone in the Truth-Seeking community that has embarked with us upon this quest!

~~~
Continuing where we left off in our study of Genesis, this time discussing the issue of dissing Messiah, the Black Hebrew Israelite cult and the Nephilim, while also discussing the Word of the Lord in Scripture as we read from the Targum version of Genesis 30. And in the final segment, we read from Jasher 30 and 31.
From Sons Of Jacob Ministries
The Book Of Jubilees (R.H Charles Translation)  The Book Of Jubilees contains the secrets of the times given to Moses, the history of the division of the days of the Torah, the testimony of the events of the years, of their year weeks, festivals of the covenant, and Sabbaths throughout all the years of the world.
Hopefully this will allow those who cannot see well to gain understanding of the gospel... Blessings to all.
~~~

The Book of Jubilees, probably written in the 2nd century B.C.E., is an account of the Biblical history of the world from creation to Moses. It is divided into periods ('Jubilees') of 49 years. For the most part the narrative follows the familiar account in Genesis, but with some additional details such as the names of Adam and Eve's daughters, and an active role for a demonic entity called 'Mastema'. The anonymous author had a preoccupation with calendar reform, and uses Jubilees as a platform for proposing a solar calendar of 364 days and 12 months; this would have been a radical departure from the Jewish Calendar, which is lunar-based. There are also a couple of messianic, apocalyptic passages, although quite a bit less than the Book of Enoch.

The only complete version of Jubilees is in Ethiopian, although large fragments in Greek, Latin and Syriac are also known. It is believed that it was originally written in Hebrew. If at times one gets the impression that you are reading a first draft of Genesis, you are in good company. R.H. Charles, the translator, a distinguished academic Biblical scholar, concluded that Jubilees was a version of the Pentateuch, written in Hebrew, parts of which later became incorporated into the earliest Greek version of the Jewish Bible, the Septuagint.
