Coach Ben Justus talks offense.  This guy can coach offense.  They've been over 5000 yards two of the last three seasons and over 50 points the last three seasons. Coach talks about his players, formations, plays philosophy when planning his offense, how to keep things simple, and a couple formations and plays that'll help you in the run and pass game.  Coach Justus also talks about his tempo and how to control it and use it to your advantage. His approach of my kids might be tired but the other team is exhausted.  Coach Justus also shares with us his take on how to focus on the process.  "Let's get better today", and how it works for 0-9 teams and undefeated teams.  We also get a guest appearance from the next Velma-Alma Head Coach his son Carver.
